At ZYNEROS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at ardadenizz2147@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send the product back.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
